Description

Like all the double basket strainers, this strainer changes its basket when one gets heavy with the collected debris or dirt. It is, sometimes, called the advanced form of double basket strainers because of the presence of 3 way ball valves. The valves are used to control the flow of fluids so that the pressure can be maintained and the solid particles mixed with the fluid gets collected in the preferred basket.

The three way ball valves can be controlled manually as well as electronically as per the convenience and preferences of our clients. We offer various modifications in double basket strainers to meet the “blueprint” of our customers.

The three way ball valves play a vital role in connection of ports, however connection of all ports together at one point of time is not possible. The pressure is effectively maintained between 150# and 300#.

Shipping Policy

ACME Fluid Systems ships all over the world. ACME Fluid Systems will arrange the shipping, unless the order is freight or international, in which case the customer’s shipping account may be used.

For all orders, we require payment prior to shipping the order. Please contact a salesperson for a shipping quote. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. Also, ACME Fluid Systems can provide all shipping documents for no additional charge (packing lists, commercial invoice, Certificate of Origin, etc.).

Refund Policy

Refunds

  • Once the order gets cancelled, amount will be refunded to the customer based on the payment mode chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order.
  • Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/Wallets – 4-8 business days
  • If transaction is done by through direct bank transfer then customer need to share below mentioned details at our Email Id support@kipayo.com from registered e-mail id.
    • 1. Account number
    • 2. Account Holder name
    • 3. IBAN / BIC or others
  • After receiving the required information for refund, refund will be processed in 7 business days and same will reflect in your account in another 2-4 business days.
  • For Direct Bank Transfer payment, refund will be credited in 6-8 business days after cancellation.

Return Policy

ACME Fluid Systems come with a Lifetime Warranty. If a product is defective, please contact ACME Fluid Systems at +34603159621.

To return a product, an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) Form will be provided by ACME Fluid Systems. This form must be included in the packaging. ACME Fluid Systems will not accept packages without an RMA.

Once the product has been confirmed to be defective, ACME Fluid Systems will either replace the product or issue a credit, depending on the circumstance.

Cancellation Criteria

Incorrect or Incomplete information regarding Customer's address (Street number, Landmark etc.) etc.

In case of wrong product price or specification.

Unavailability of products - in exceptional cases, if a product runs "out of stock" with the vendor, the product will be cancelled.

If area falls under "Non Serviceable zone" or "out of delivery area" by our Logistic Courier Partner even after placing the order in that case order can be cancelled.

Suspected fraudulent information.

Return Eligibility

In case of returning the product, customer needs to inform us within 7 days of receiving the order. In case, if you received a damaged product, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

If the product is delivered defective or damaged, in that case, customer needs to inform us through Register email ID and sent it to (support@kipayo.com) or Call us at +34 603159621 (Helpline Number) within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

Products should be unused.

All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.

Invoice should be available.

Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

Returning a Product

There are 2 ways to Return the product. One is to return the product from our side where we send the courier partner and get the product picked up from customers. However, in some cases if we cannot provide return service then customer needs to send the product with own carrier.
